Benjamin Terner serves as the managing partner of Cromwell with over 20 years experience in financial services. Mr. Terner is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degree as an accounting major. Ben has built and distributed regulated financial products working with athletes, business owners and high-net worth individuals. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University, School of Law. At Cromwell, he sets direction, anchors client relationships, and ensures every engagement is held to the same standard as a regulated transaction.
